• Implement AI-assisted ITSM capabilities, including intelligent ticket categorization, self-service portals, and analytics-driven reporting
• Deploy an AI-powered internal assistant (ChatGPT-style) to automate document generation, IT knowledge retrieval, reporting, and operational support—improving efficiency and response times

Information Security & Compliance

• Serve as Information Security & Compliance Manager
