As a Business Development Partner at Endus Limited, I played a pivotal role in steering the company towards substantial growth and diversification within the aviation industry. My key contributions included:

• Developed a Comprehensive Expansion Strategy: Spearheaded the development of a detailed strategic plan to penetrate the aviation sector. This involved extensive market research, competitive analysis, and identifying key opportunities for growth. I formulated a multi-phase strategy that included building strategic partnerships, enhancing our product offerings to meet industry-specific needs, and leveraging emerging technologies to gain a competitive edge.
• Successful Market Penetration and Pitching: Successfully introduced and pitched Endus Limited's engineering products and solutions to major aerospace firms in Turkey. I conducted numerous high-level presentations and negotiations, highlighting the technical superiority and innovative aspects of our products. My efforts resulted in securing long-term contracts with leading aerospace companies, thereby establishing Endus Limited as a trusted supplier in the aviation sector.
• Significant Revenue Growth and Business Expansion: Achieved a substantial increase in the firm's scope and revenue through strategic market entry and relationship building. Under my leadership, Endus Limited's revenue from the aviation sector saw a significant upward trajectory. During my two-year tenure as a Post-Doctoral Researcher at HBKU's Sustainability Research Center, I made significant contributions to regional and global projects focused on sustainability. My key achievements included:

• Research and Project Development: Successfully led and contributed to several high-impact sustainability research projects. This involved identifying and formulating research subjects that addressed critical sustainability challenges at both regional and global levels. The fields I focused on included sustainable desalination in the Gulf region, economic preparedness of the GCC states for the post-oil era, and the effects of over-conglomeration in developing countries, with a specific case study on Istanbul.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Conducted extensive data collection and rigorous analysis to support the research initiatives. This included fieldwork, surveys, and leveraging advanced statistical tools and software to process and interpret the data. My analytical skills ensured that the research findings were robust, reliable, and provided valuable insights into sustainability issues.
• Publication of High-Quality Papers: Authored and published three high-quality academic papers in peer-reviewed journals. These publications addressed key sustainability topics and contributed to the academic discourse in the field.
