My passion lies in advancing high-quality, inclusive, and innovative learning environments through a research-based approach. I am driven to support institutions that champion educational excellence, diversity, and transformative leadership.
My work focuses on curriculum and assessment development and early childhood education policy development. I am responsible for designing robust KG assessment frameworks, refining KG curriculum to align with best practices, and supporting the selection of high-quality KG learning resources. Additionally, I conduct research to inform curriculum and assessment development, policy decisions, lead professional development for KG educators, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance early childhood education through data-driven improvements.
