• Educate physicians, students and other personnel in medical laboratory professions such as medical technology, cytotechnology.
• Enforce and adhere to laboratory procedures to comply with health and safety protocols and regulatory standards.

• Increase diagnostic precision and enhanced quality of care by engaging in proficiency testing programs and collaborating with peers to guide process improvements.
