• Currently handling the entire HR department of the organization and a team of six members working under my supervision in this department.
• Planning and achieving organizational objectives. Evaluation, identification and execution of business goals.
• Development and implementation of new policies and plan HR requirements in respect to other departments along with pan-India branches of the organization.
• Creating job descriptions and job postings on various platforms. Recruitment and ensuring process training of new employees.

• Supervision of attendance, reporting and monitoring performance of employees working in the organization. Ensuring punctuality and ethical work culture.
• Taking care of budgetary planning of the organization.
• Employee conflict resolution and maintenance of health & safety for all.
• Conduct and manage reward & recognition program in appreciating the excellence of employees of various departments. Conducting workshops, team building activities for establishing team strength and motivation.

Job roles in Advertising & Marketing:

• Providing expert advice on advertising and marketing methods for new and existing services and products for promotion of sales.
• Planning and management of activities of the organization and various departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns.
• Planning and executing advertisements on various social media platforms for promotion. Developing new ideas for marketing of products and services provided to our clients by the organization.
• Research and analyze new marketing strategies that assist in product development to increase the interest of buyers in services and products.
• Establish and implement communication strategies and provide news and information for promotion of business.
• Supervise the maintenance of the company website, website designing ideas, content creation for public relation and media presence of the organization.
• Ensuring the team members of the marketing and advertising team to publicize activities and events on behalf of the organization.
• Monitoring the progress of various projects from planning to execution to evaluate their effectiveness and ensuring favorable results.
• Collaborating with different departments in the development of marketing campaigns suitable for different business needs.

• Responsible for day-to-day functioning, planning & decision making related to all the services of the Health Care Centre
• Ensuring that the organization remains compliant with the current and future regulations
• Head of the Clinic's disciplinary committee and responsible for all the disciplinary decisions to be taken jointly with other senior managers
• In adjunct also the head of quality committee and responsible for the quality related decisions taken within the Centre
• Supervising the protocols and general patient care for all patients coming to the Centre and actively participating in efforts for certain accreditations
• Ensuring the proper use of resources like medical equipment, medications, availability of patient beds and other health care facilities for patients
• Supervising the training of the newly placed staff of this Health Care Centre
• Organizing meetings/ seminars with senior managers and directors to establish new Health Care services, implementation of new programs and bring changes as per technology in the health care industry
• Ensuring the quality and well-being of staff and patients is maintained and services to patients are given on time and are improvised when required
• Responsible for budgetary planning related to the functioning of our Health Centre
• Also responsible for all medicine and equipment inventory and cost regulations decisions of the Health Care Centre
• Conducting regular internal audits to ascertain the compliance with changing demands of the Health Care Market and bringing about the required changes within the organization
• Responsible for recruitment of staff for various departments at the Health Care Centre

• Anaemia Mukt Bharat study and regular follow-up with assessors using Kobo tool
• Data analysis of Nation-Wide supply chain assessment of Anaemia Mukt Bharat supply (AMB) across all levels, understanding gaps, and drafting recommendations
• Supporting National Program Manager, Vaccine Logistics for Conducting Training of Trainers - Temperature Logger installation
