- Provide Technical/Design Consultation and Inspection for ELV/SAS Systems of new construction and major renovations works at Dubai International Airport & Dubai South Project
- Close coordination with Contract and claims department for project variations, claims and delays
- Coordination with Design office, formalizing design changes and preparation of change requests (EIAR)
- Review and Approval of the Contractor’s Shop Drawings, Method statements, Sub contractor approval, Material Submittal, high level & Low level design submittals and other related document submittals and conformance as per standards and contract specifications
- Review and approval of as-built drawings, O&M Manuals, Training manuals, system handover documents, Contract Close out Documents etc
- Oversee the Installations, testing and commissioning of ELV systems which includes CCTV, Access Control, Fire alarm, BMS, Structured cabling (SCN), CNE, Wireless LAN, Master Intercom system, License Plate recognition system (LPRS) etc
- Oversee the Installations, testing and commissioning of Security systems like Perimeter Intrusion Detection system (PIDS) and Physical Security Information Management systems (PSIM)
