Job Summary:
Supervisory role in charge of the entire surface activities of a Multi Lateral Tunnel Boring project. . Major activities including site preparation, organizing the resources (manpower, Equipment’s, raw materials etc.) Routine follow ups and management reporting and taking lead as HSE In-charge for the Site.
Job Description:
Plant Operations:
Ø Daily monitoring of the equipment’s at the Batching Plant & the Water Treatment Unit.
Ø Conducting the Tool Box Talk with the entire surface team (approx. 35 head counts) before the production.
Ø Carrying out all consistency test such as Slump test, Flow test, Density test and workability test at the unit.
Ø Daily inventory of materials such as Cement, fly-ash, Crushed sand, Washed sand, Chemicals etc.
Ø Regular preventive maintenance & cleaning of the Batching plant & Water treatment unit.
Ø Daily follow up on all incoming & outgoing deliveries and updating the live inventory in the system.
Ø Monitoring and reporting the daily operations at the Batching plant & Water treatment unit.
Surface Operations:
Ø In charge of works performed by the Wheel loader, Telehandler & Mini Excavator
Ø Ensuring proper delivery and storage of precast segments.
Ø Daily Inventory of ventilation duct, wire rope, rails, utilities, clamps etc.
Ø Fabricating of Loco rails
Ø Daily Inventory of Chemicals & Lubricants at the storage area
Ø Supervising all the lifting activities on site.
Ø Make PR for the Equipment’s & Chemicals & Lubricants according to the requirement on site
Ø Regular preventive maintenance of Weighbridge & Wheelwasher area for the smooth movement of trucks
Tunnel Operations:
Ø Supporting TBM team for the proper follow up of Segments, Consistency of the grout.
Ø Conducting preventive maintenance for the surface lines.
Ø Coordinate and organizing all necessary resources for the TBM team including TBM Equipment’s, consumables, other supplies etc.
Ø Coordinating with the TBM Shift Engineers for proper planning of activities required at the Tunnel.

Job Responsibilities:
· Entering & Assigning the Activity data information (Activity Duration, Activity Type, Relationship, WBS, Activity Codes, and Resources) while creation of Baseline Project Plan.
· Preparing Detail Breakout Testing & Commissioning Programme for MEP Services (Electrical, CHW, HVAC, Plumbing & Drainage, Fire Fighting & Life Safety Systems, Fire Alarm, ELV Systems)
· Critical path method (CPM) analysis, variance analyses, floats analysis.
· Preparation of Recovery programs (Mitigation Plans) in co-ordination with Execution team.
· Project Resources Planning & Role Assignments in Co-ordination with the team.
· Preparation of Progress follows up templates. And collecting the progress information from the team using the templates.
· Producing and Updating of S-Curves, Construction KPI’s
· Attending Workshops, Planning coordination meetings within the team.
· Preparing Organization Charts & Labor Histograms
· Customizing and issue of necessary Progress/Programme Updates and Construction Reports (Daily, Weekly & Monthly), etc.
· Having very good understanding of Inter-Relationship between Electrical, ELV, Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire Fighting Activities.
· Understand and able to utilize planning tools such as MS Excel, MS Project, Primavera
· Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern which required action of the associate task member.
· Prepare and update Two/three weeks and three months look-ahead schedule that reflect actual Scenario with the prioritized work sequence based on CPM method.
Job Responsibilities:
· Installation and Testing of Fire Hydrant Systems and Fire Suppression Systems & Equipment’s
· Maintenance and Repairing of Hydrant Valves and Pressure Pumps.
· Estimation & Installation of Fire Fighting Systems and Fire Suppression System i.e., Hydrant system, Fire Hose Reel, Sprinkler Systems, Fire Pumps, Fire Water mains etc.
· Installation of Portable type Fire Extinguishers, modular type clean agent Fire Extinguishers.
· Prepare BOQ’s understand and follow tender specs, contractual agreements, specification etc.
· Assist project manager in developing and maintaining project documentation including drawings, specifications, meeting minutes, transmittals, requests for quotes, vendor submittals, comments, reviews and approvals, and other project documentation
· Assist in general administrative tasks such as organizing, mailing, and expediting information as needed by each manager
· Assist in maintaining and refining the electronic files system and standard documents using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and other software
Engineering support
Key player in implementation and execution of Management standards for Logistics & Equipments movement
