• Supervised and fabricated a machine that harvests water from the air and installed it at our head office and one of the construction sites, which saved the company costs of mineral water.

• Evaluating tender documents, drawings, & schedules
• Preparation of material take off based on design
• Floating Enquiries to Suppliers / Manufacturers and executing cost saving initiatives, benchmarking, and price comparison
• Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of Product and following up with supplier/manufacturer for the delivery of the materials
• Coordinating between Site PMT & Manufacturer for any technical issues or clarification and for smooth manufacturing.

• Duties:
• Organize, implement, and manage Quality Control programs
• Coordinate document control of technical specifications, method statements, drawings, etc
• With the Project Team
• Ensure QA/QC validation of these documents, manage amendments & document recall
• Coordinate all inspections, monitor the required tests and record inspections to comply with the Contract Plan & Specifications
• Coordinate with the Project Manager regarding work performance and hold the authority to stop work in any area where discrepancies remain uncorrected
• Ensure stores have enough stock and make sure suppliers have enough stock to meet demand.

As Assistant to the General Manager, responsibilities included:
• Overseeing installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines & equipment were installed and functioned according to specifications.
• Writing performance requirements for product development and engineering projects, improving quality of products, and reducing production costs.
• Performing personnel functions, such as supervising production, and monitoring workers and technicians.
• Investigating equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to the maintenance crew.
Achievements: Helping the company to start a new production line for Electrical products which increased the total revenue.
