As Assistant to the General Manager, responsibilities included:
• Overseeing installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines & equipment were installed and functioned according to specifications.
• Writing performance requirements for product development and engineering projects, improving quality of products, and reducing production costs.
• Performing personnel functions, such as supervising production, and monitoring workers and technicians.
• Investigating equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to the maintenance crew.
Achievements: Helping the company to start a new production line for Electrical products which increased the total revenue.
