  • Reporting to the Senior manager of Event Health, Safety & Environment, I am responsible and accountable for ensuring implementation of the Expo City Dubai Health, Safety and Environment Policy, Procedures, and Assurance Standards.
  • Provide specialist health and safety advice and assistance within Expo City Dubai site specific to COP 28 event activities.
  • I am also supporting the Senior Event HSE Manager with implementation of health, safety and environment the overall delivery strategy for COP 28 event which will include carrying out assurance activities, inspections and training.
  • Support the implementation of Expo City Dubai HSE strategy, procedures and Assurance Standards specific to COP28.
  • Ensure contractors delivering work meet the Assurance requirement for health and safety including provision of competent HSE resource.

  • Plan for the implementation of health and safety requirements during the operational period and work with the relevant functional areas to ensure a seamless transition to operations including special projects and events.

  • Escalate issues and provide reports to the Event HSE senior manager.
