Responsibilities

• Product Strategy: Present competitor business models and product portfolios to leadership and prioritize new strategic initiatives and ancillary products in accordance with business objectives. Presenting project status and pipeline to leadership.
• Stake Holder Management: Manage and work with Engineering, Compliance,Marketing ,Vendors and Project Managers to drive the business objective.
• Products & Features : Maintain minimum feature deployment and reduced lead time to increase conversion and adoption rate(scaled the product to assets under tracking of $8 billion USD, number of users from 50 to 200+)

• Growth: Oversaw the growth from less than 50 accounts to ~250 accounts with assets under tracking rising over 100% (over 6 billion $ in assets under tracking) through the last two years
• Client Management: Initiate and managed relationships with key clients
• Grew customer base by 50% between Jan - Dec 2022.
• Team Leadership: Managed a 6-member team (Operations & Customer Management).
• Coordinate with technology, Sales, Support and Legal to prioritize future activities.
• Quality Control : Ensuring production &testing activities meet the highest standards and monitoring multi-asset class analytics & data hygiene.
• Project Management: Collaborated cross functionally (with Legal, Marketing, Project Managers, Technology and Senior Management) to define, propose and implement solutions for product/feature launches.

• Selected as part of a select team to integrate the product and scale the up the platform across the firm
• Set up the new role for the operations & business aspects of theproduct
• Spearheaded the customer acquisition effort and defined metrics to measure operational efficiency to scale the business forward
• Streamlined and automated the onboarding, data collection & delivery process and reduced operational TAT by 50% to increase efficiency
• Conducted country wide training sessions with the Relationship Management teams with regards to sales and compliance requirements of the product

• Client Acquisition: Assisting the relationship managers for on boarding of new clients through meetings & discussions
• Portfolio Review & Reconstruction: Understanding the riskprofile of the client, analyzing the portfolio on various parameters, and suggesting any restructuring of the portfolio at a multi-asset level as per the investment policy statement (IPS)
• Portfolio Advisory: Customization and coordination with the products team to deliver the best product to ensure suitability to the client’s portfolio.
