More than 30 years experience in aircraft and engine maintenance and overhaul, including full responsibility as Technical Inspector, QC Supervisor, Chief Power-plant Inspector, Engine & Airframe Technician, Helicopter Crew Chief, and Large Engine Overhaul technician. More than 10 years teaching experience in aviation related disciplines, most especially helicopters.
· Performs disassembly and inspection, modular change and LRU/QEC buildup of CFM 56-5A and
CF6-80 Engines.
· Performs “C” check and Borescope Inspection of CFM 56-5A/5C and GE CF6-80C2Turbofan engines.
· Performs QEC/LRU buildup of GE90-115, CF6-80E1, Rolls Royce Trent 700 and 500 Series, and PW 4000 Series Gas Turbines Engines.
· Performs documentation/technical reports of job performed.
· Conducted Classroom instruction and on-the-job training for new technicians.
· Participated in the Maintenance Phase of Pilot Conversion Courses.
· Prepared and updated the syllabi and materials for instruction.
