• Perform all TI functions during maintenance activities in VIP Section
• Responsible for accurate historical updates on assigned aircraft
• Responsible for transferring aircraft historical records to TAMMS-A and creating its electronic format in ESNAAD such as AFM, TBO, 2408-16, 2408-17 and 2408-18
• Participate actively in the SB review process and monitors the implementation of mandatory and customer approved SBs
• Initiates PQDR and MEC as required and provides technical support to SA&E by giving needed information during the process

• Designated OJT Instructor for newly hired Technical Inspectors and 1st Line TIs in VIP Section.

• Responsible for daily management and administration of VIP-QC Section
• Responsible for accurate update of historical records of the entire VIP fleet of AW139, A109, EC155 and AS365 N3 helicopters
• Perform annual appraisal of technical inspectors in the section
• Responsible for training and supervision of technical inspectors
• Maintain accurate weight and balance records of the fleet and provide training for other TIs
• Perform all other responsibilities of a technical inspectors.

• Perform technical inspector duties for AW139, A109, EC155 & AS 365 N3 helicopter
• Responsible for creating historical records in AADMISS
• Responsible for transferring weight and balance records to electronic AWBS
• Responsible for implementing TAMMS-A system in VIP Section

· Performs disassembly and inspection, modular change and LRU/QEC buildup of CFM 56-5A and

CF6-80 Engines.

· Performs “C” check and Borescope Inspection of CFM 56-5A/5C and GE CF6-80C2Turbofan engines.

· Performs QEC/LRU buildup of GE90-115, CF6-80E1, Rolls Royce Trent 700 and 500 Series, and PW 4000 Series Gas Turbines Engines.

· Performs documentation/technical reports of job performed.

· Conducted Classroom instruction and on-the-job training for new technicians.

· Participated in the Maintenance Phase of Pilot Conversion Courses.

· Prepared and updated the syllabi and materials for instruction.

· Evaluated maintenance technicians for issuance of operator’s permit.

· Performed Daily Inspection and ground handling operation of AS 365 N3 Dauphin and AS 565 Panther Helicopters.

· Assisted and supervised other technicians during periodic inspections/scheduled maintenance.

· Performed out of base duty and other duties as directed by officer-in charge.

· Performed 1st line maintenance, daily inspections, and ground handling operation of AS 330 Puma and AS 332 Super Puma Helicopters.

· Performed 2nd line maintenance, modification and scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of Puma and Super Puma Helicopters.

· Performed out-base of duty and other duties as directed by officer-in charge.

• Ensured that quality procedures were performed as per maintenance manual during overhaul, repair, disassembly and assembly of Allison 250 Series Engine and its accessories
• Certified and released engines back to the service after rectification
• Prepared detailed inspection Report (DIR), Technical reports and other documentation related to job performed
• Performed audit and inspection of tools, test benches and equipment used in the workshops.

Provided Classroom instruction on subjects leading to a degree in Bachelor of Science in

Aeronautical Engineering such as:

· Basic and Applied Aerodynamics

· Aircraft Structures and Design (FAA Part 23)

· Basic Thermodynamics and Aircraft Gas Turbine engines.

· Basic Helicopter Maintenance and,

· General Engineering Mathematics.
