Contributes to the design and implementation of new Infrastructure, services and solutions to provide new functionalities. Validates the integration of new solutions into the existing environment. Researches configuration information. Assists in the preparation or Terms of Reference and Technical Specifications for the acquisition of new solutions, achieving results.

PHASING IN AND PHASING OUT PROCESS OF AIRCRAFTS

Identify the data format, location, and sensitivity
Planning for the size and scope of the project
Execution of the data migration plan
Testing of final system
Follow-up and maintenance of data migration plan

ADMIN FUNCTIONS - ROUTINE

Testing for the new updates on system for hidden issues and functional effectivity of previously applied fixes and for any possibilities of future failures while on effectivity for the authority regulations and internal QA procedures with new implementations
weekly monitoring of error logs which will generate through engineering ERP and take necessary action. Addressing the developer on application errors/failures and take immediate action on resolve the issues and for the permanent fix.

• Review completed work packages for appropriate signatories, stamps and sign-offs, to ensure completion of tasks
• Ensures each Aircraft Daily Status and performance Report and inspection due list is reviewed for due items and broadcasting among engineering base maintenance division
• Track and ensure timely completions of Special Inspections and time-sensitive work sheets issued with package
• Provide Scheduled Maintenance tasks requirements such as supporting documents, material preloads, tooling, and produce a flow chart to maximize maintenance personnel efficiency on aircraft
• Ensure availability of spare parts/consumables/tools and update relevant sections and follow up AOG/CRITICAL spares and Liaise with material and planning sections to ensure sufficient spare parts while acting as AOG coordinator to drive AOG recovery, with implement plans for service recovery to avoid technical delays
• Identify workflow deficiency areas and coordinate with Maintenance, Material and Planning sections, to ensure smooth maintenance workflow
• Collect historical data from previous inputs to assist in estimating man hour calculation
• Follow up and assist spare parts requisition and ensure availability on time for maintenance

• Performed routine and non-routine maintenance tasks on aircrafts during maintenance inputs by Ensuring proper knowledge is being applied to the task assigned and in accordance to the policies and procedures of the company
• Ensure strict adherence to all pertinent safety precautions as published in manufacturer manuals and other publications
• Ensure that all work meets the standards required by company policy, procedures and regulatory authorities
• Provide feedback to the Aircraft Licensed Engineer for any impending service disruptions or problems and ensure that information is properly disseminated without delay
• Ensure that replacement of parts and components are done in a professional manner by following the right manuals and it meets a high standard of quality by the physical checking and inspection of components prior to fitment to aircraft or component
