• Defining project scope, goals and deliverable that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Developing full-scale project management plan and associated communications documents Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

• Prepares work plan and schedules each phase of the engineering project to which he is assigned responsible for day to day operation of project, assigns duties, responsibilities and performance goals.
• Ensures that site engineers adhere to performance goals at each stage of the project, ensures performance goals are attained within the time and cost limitations established.
• Initiates payment requests for Project Manager approval to ensure the fulfillment of contract requirements.
• Prepares project status reports, informs Project Manager of any changes in scope of work that would effect the schedule or cost, prepares supplemental fee proposals as required.

• Preparing all inspections to be daily submitted to the Supervision..
• - Inspect all civil work in the project:
• § Earth work and Infrastructure work: Witness on site tests ( e.g. soil investigation, plate load test, compaction test, proctor test etc.) and performing all work pertaining to roads and paving of Asphaltic Concrete (MC,RC, wearing coarse and binder coarse), and Riprap

(slope protection).

• Cover the installation and testing required for the complete outdoor storm drainage and sewer systems, concrete drainage ditches, manholes.
• Concrete work: preparing trial mixes to choose concrete mix design, supervision the preparation and casting of the Raft foundations for the generator and turbine, the ring beam foundation for the fuel oil tanks with performing on site tests (Slump test, compressive strength test, concrete ingredients materials testing etc.)

• Join all civil work inspections on site.
• Supervision the schedule and the process according to the Quality Plan, the Inspection Tes, Plan (ITP) and the Method of statements.
• Check Material Submittal & give approval ensuring that all material selection meets all appropriate Codes and BOQ requirements.
• Control the Engineering, Procurement, Construction progress payments.
• Analyze & document ate reports, drawings, tests, Field change notices (FCN), Non-conformance reports (NCR) & any other issues related to the project.
• Supervise the Interior Fit-out of the project and handover a super quality finishing.

• EPC Contractor: HANWA Engineering & Construction (South Korea) Consultant: KULJIAN (USA) / Cost: 170 Million JD

• Daily site inspection and periodical offsite inspection.
• Completion of necessary documentation to verify the work performed.
• Ensuring that inspection requests are implemented.
• To ensure all materials delivered to site are inspected and conform to specified requirements.
