• We are doing Preventive and Corrective maintenance of HVAC equipments (AHU, FAHU, FCU, PACKAGE UNITS, SPLITS, CHILLED WATER PUMPS, BOOSTER PUMPS, PRESSURIZATION UNITS) and Dewatering Plumbing System.
• Regularly inspecting HVAC systems to identify issues, leaks, or malfunctions in components like compressors, motors, belts and bearings and after that making report and workorder for replacement of components like bearings, belts, compressors and motors
• Conducting routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning coils, changing filters, lubricating moving parts, and calibrating controls
• Diagnosing problems with HVAC systems and performing necessary repairs or replacements to ensure efficient operation
• Maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance for future reference and compliance
• As a supervisor i have alot of responsibilities, I assist my team during Activities, Reporting to Engineer and Manager. Order material, Making Daily reports,monthly reports and making Time sheet of Technician working in my team.
• Also i have PIC (Person In charge) Training from Keolis. PIC is responsible for booking for acess of PTW, Workorders and SR (service request for any cm activity).
• Responding to emergency repair calls and addressing urgent issues to minimize downtime and maintain comfort levels in buildings. Offering guidance and support to facility staff on the proper operation and maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Ensuring that maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and environmental standards.
• As a Supervisor i am responsible that my team are working to follow the Safety procedures like using proper PPE .if working on height they are using safety harness and other safety during different activities.

Achievements/Tasks

• Plan, assign, inspect and supervise maintenance, repair and construction activities; maintain records and files; prepare reports. Assign and distribute work orders and work requests.
• Maintenance and installation of Chillers, AHU, FAHU, Package, VRF, Split, Window, CCU and PUMP Room.
• Determine time and cost estimates for HVAC jobs. Assist in budget planning and preparation.
• ETS energy metering equipment that will be used for billing purpose of chiller water energy consumption based on the flow meter and temperature sensors.
• Utilities division, operation and maintenance, PPM & Corrective maintenance of equipment like centrifugal pumps overhauling and inspection.
• Water treatment plant handling and all pumps vacuum and sludge transfer pumps.
