communication center role involves ensuring efficient call handling, exceptional customer service, assisting guests with their requests, monitoring the time taken to complete requests, problem-solving, and assisting with room reservations.
In charge of restaurant reservations for two restaurants: Mei Li, which serves Chinese cuisine, and Stambul, which serves Turkish cuisine.
