. Provide expertise on one or more projects simultaneously.

. Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new
functionality enhancements.
. Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure project meets business objectives and compliance standards.
. Participate in code reviews.
. Support, test and deployment of new products and features.
. Provide the client with expertise in one or more areas (software architecture, technical expertise).
. Coordinate with Business Analyst team to implement features.
. Work with the project manager to define project milestones.
. Lead client missions.

.Assist in the installation and maintenance of Maximo applications.
.Responsible for gathering and documenting detailed client requirements.
.Analyse client business process and give direction on how these may best fit into Maximo.
.Planning and deliver Maximo solutions over multiple phases.
.Offer technical expertise to solve business problems using Maximo.
.Resolve production related issues in coordination with other IT team members.
.Generate custom reports and business rules through use of Crystal Reports,BIRT, VSTA and other reporting software and BI such as COGNOS.

.Analyze Bank of Beirut's new business requirements.

.Implement modifications, test and deploy new features.

.Develop, test and troubleshoot new software features.

.Prepare documentation and related test case scenarios.

.Provide support and solve user issues.

Business : Insurance and Reinsurance

.Manage the SDLC of all requirements based on client Business needs.
.Analyze ,Develop ,Test the Back-End Development process of new and preexisting tasks.
.Assist with the development of the Front-End Development process.
.Write and implement Test Case Scenarios for Back-End and Front-End processes.
.Publish developed features on Pre-Production and Production environments .
.Assist the company clients in using products developed.
.Offer support for clients with all aspects of the software.

.Code, test and troubleshoot programs utilizing the appropriate hardware, database, and programming technology.

.Analyze performance of programs and take action to correct deficiencies based on consultation with users.
.Write and maintain programming documentation.
.Document programming problems and resolutions for future reference.
