- Project management using Primavera P6.
- Creating and maintaining 3D models using BIM software.
- Ensuring the models are accurate and meet project requirements by
referring BIM Execution Plan (BEP). - Using the models to identify and resolve conflicts or issues during the
design phase. - Developing detailed 3D models of building components and systems.
- Performing clash detection and resolves clashes in the model.
- Responsible for creating visually appealing and accurate
representation of the building that can be used for presentation,
marketing and client reviews. - Extract data from the model to generate accurate quantity take-offs
for cost estimation.
