• Manage a team of senior planning engineers to oversee the Periodic and overhaul maintenance planning for the UAE Mirage 2000-9 fleet.
• Optimize maintenance planning workflows , reducing turnaround times and increasing fleet availability
• Coordinate with engineering, logistics,GSE, and Field teams to streamline maintenance execution and resource allocation.
• Ensure accurate aircraft handover and redelivery by updating the maintenance management system and validating aircraft records, including logbooks, log cards, work packages, engineering orders, and customer work requests , in compliance with regulatory and operator requirements.
• Adherence to aviation safety regulations (EMAAR or relevant UAE aviation authorities), and Company approved MOE
• Monitor (KPIs) such as on-time maintenance completion rates, TAT, Audit Findings and deferred defects , ensuring continuous performance improvements.
• Generate detailed technical reports and analytics dashboards to provide senior management with insights into maintenance efficiency, resource utilization, and cost-effectiveness.

• Prepare comprehensive maintenance work packages and all associated documentation required for aircraft maintenance execution. Ensure the inclusion of engineering orders (EOs), structural repair sheets (SRMs), customer-requested tasks, modification data, and OEM service bulletins (SBs) and airworthiness directives (ADs) .
• Maintain and oversee the integrity of aircraft, engine, APU, and landing gear records for the assigned fleet, ensuring all components comply with customer specifications, regulatory mandates (e.g., EASA, FAA, UAE GCAA), and airworthiness requirements .
• Perform thorough validation of component traceability, life-limited parts (LLPs), and service histories to guarantee full compliance with maintenance program directives and contractual obligations .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline maintenance operations, reduce downtime, and enhance fleet availability .
• Strategically schedule and coordinate component overhauls with approved external repair organizations (MROs) to minimize aircraft downtime.
• Develop and manage the maintenance execution schedule in alignment with the approved maintenance program (AMP) , ensuring efficient resource allocation and minimal operational disruption.
• Monitor aircraft maintenance progress on a daily and weekly basis , coordinating with production teams to track task completion and identify potential delays

• Contracted by the UAE Air Force to set up a Maintenance Planning Office in collaboration with Dassault Aviation Team , ensuring the development of structured maintenance workflows, planning strategies, and compliance frameworks
• Provide on-site technical support during preventative or corrective maintenance activities.
• Act as a primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with
  customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Schedule and supervise all inspection requirements for assigned aircraft. Coordinate the scheduling
  of activity, technical and similar inspections with Quality Control.
• preparation, review the maintenance work package of each aircraft visit. control the completion of all the scheduled works and preparation of release certificate file.

• Ensure regulatory compliance with EASA 145 and DGAC by overseeing the maintenance operations , procedural adherence, and continuous updates to the Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE) and associated procedures in accordance with Part 145/1027 requirements .
• Manage the submission, approval, and revision of MOE, standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintenance forms, and compliance documentation under EASA Part 145 regulations , ensuring seamless approvals and alignment with regulatory amendments.
• Develop and implement an independent annual audit plan covering all Part 145 functions , including:

Certifying staff compliance (A/B1/B2/C categories)

Facility and tooling adequacy

Maintenance certification procedures

Component acceptance and airworthiness directives (ADs)

Modification (STC)

• Conduct supplier and subcontractor audits to ensure compliance with EASA Part 145, contractual obligations, and operational standards , mitigating risks associated with outsourced maintenance and component procurement.
• track the certification authorization process for A/B1/B2/C licensed engineers , ensuring compliance with EASA part 66 /DGAC 456 requirements

• Manage the Continuing Airworthiness of Airbus A320-214 Fleet (MSN: 2166, 3246, 3803, 3833, 4310), ensuring full compliance with approved maintenance programs (AMPs), airworthiness directives (ADs), and operational requirements .
• manage the update and the approval of the aircraft maintenance program (AMP) in alignment with Airbus Maintenance Planning Document (MPD) updates , DGAC requirements.
• Maintain and update the Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition (CAME) in compliance with EASA Part M, Subpart G regulations.
• Prepar and submit documentation for Airworthiness Review Certificate (ARC) issuance/renewal , Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) embodiment, major repair assessments
• Support maintenance planning and scheduling , ensuring timely execution of Out-of-Phase (OOP) tasks, A & C checks, bridging checks, life-limited parts (LLP) replacements, sampling tasks, ADs, and service bulletins (SBs) .

• Plan and schedule periodic inspections (A, B, C checks, structural inspections)
• Manage and coordinated periodic maintenance activities for the CASA CN-235 military aircraft.
• Manage the modernization of CASA fleet with the new S mode transponder and ELT 406.
• Monitor and track life-limited components (LLPs), airworthiness directives (ADs), service bulletins (SBs), and modifications.
