Ellis has over 25 years of diverse work experience in AI Neural
Networks, Dialog-based Speech Recognition, HMI (Human-
Machine-Interface), Mobile Technology, Cloud Operation, New
Retail Automation, eCommerce Platform, Blockchain eWallet, IoT
manufacturing, 4G/5G Intelligent Services, Marketplace and Digital
Banking Systems.
Before Mashreq, Ellis worked as a senior consultant of McKinsey &
Company, providing digital transformation consultants for its global
clients, especially in China Alibaba eCommerce , Alipay O2O , Fresh
Hema's new retail automation and data driving operations.
During his tenure at ICONIQ Motors CDO, Ellis implemented
L3 autonomous driving using 360 sensor-detecting & AI/ML
technologies, providing excellent Car-Mobility experiences by a new
5G digital cockpit.
As the CEO of EJY365, Ellis announced a brand new c-2-b-b real
estate & property eCommerce platform in China. EJY365 made over
50 BN RMB trading revenue in its first year and over 100 BN RMB in
its second year. Ellis was invited to share this successful experience
during the 2017 APEC forum (Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation).
From 2014 to 2017, Ellis worked for Alibaba group to implement
data-driving eCommerce and support new business models of

Alipay O2O (online 2 offline). Those projects directly help Double 11
Shopping Festival's high growth every year.
Ellis joined Google in 2011 to develop epoch-making Chromebook
and Android Phone products, also joined AFS/AFC/DoubleClick
advertising business group.
In 2008, Ellis was one of Asus EEEPC cofounders, winning many
Red Dot Design awards. He managed software stacks and IoT
manufacturing.
When he worked for Intel, Ellis had 3G/4G SS7 designing experience
& CTI (Computer-Telephony Integration) telecom operation.
As a senior researcher in ITRI, he focused on AI neural network
studies for facial recognition & speech recognition.
Ellis joined the global top 500 and startup two companies; he
combines technology and business to reshape industries and help
the enterprise gain maximum benefits. Enjoy designing large-scale
business operations by technological innovations. Have working
experience in multiple countries (US, China, Singapore, Taiwan,
