  • Managed Facilities operations for the company Projects under EDACOM Association management company for below. - Motor City ( Residential communities, commercials and main infrastructure) - Green Community DIP ( Residential communities, The market mall) - UPTOWN Midriff Community ( Residential and mall).

Responsibilities :

  • Managing of Community services level of hard Service & Soft Services
  • Managing and Lead Facilities Management team.
  • Managing service providers and conduct meetings with them to drive overall site management to ensure compliance to contract scope of work.
  • Conducts regular inspections/audits of community and drive proactive resolutions to ensure standards are maintained at all times.
  • Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
  • Track building upkeep as well as anticipated long- and short-term improvements and maintenance.
