- Oversee operational activities at every level of the organization. Cooperation and coordination with respective managers (Store, supply chain, sales and marketing, finance, HR, tenders, regulatory) to ensure that all operations in Abu Dhabi branch are completed to its fullest.

- Monitor work and processes to ensure products availability and that it is moved correctly from store to customer
- Support local sales and medical representatives and principal’s team to achieve business target and deliver outstanding customer service.

- Support sales team to resolve customers complaints and ensure providing best service and keeping customers satisfactions
- Adhere to and manage all transactions related to finance (invoicing, sales return, credit notes, Bank Guarantee, payment terms and payment collection etc. ….) and handling any issues related to that (overdue payments and return cheques )
- Support and oversee daily and ongoing expenses to ensure that financial capital is used as efficiently as possible.
- Support all human resource processes at Abu Dhabi branch for 15 employees with different nationalities in different positions.
- This includes helping to sourcing and staffing all positions, support the performance management process, strategizes process improvements to ensure everyone completes their tasks on schedule, managing quality assurance programs, training and development
- Create culture that promotes positive employee relations
- Monitors activities of work team to ensure that safe practices are in place and being demonstrated
