6.Uploading of all signed inbound documents in the inventory management system.

7.Generate pick list from warehouse management systems.

8.Pick the parts from allocated bins and issue to the production department.

9.Periodically conducting Inventory counts as per company standards.

10. Reporting Inventory shortages and recommending

11.Implementing proper storage techniques to preserve the quality of materials.

Receive and verify incoming goods against purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in quantity, quality, and packing specifications.

Maintain and record daily receiving temperatures using a temperature gun, adhering to HACCP standards.

Verify and track received inventory, completing accurate inventory reports for proper stock management.

Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) and LIFO (Last In, First Out) principles to ensure proper stock rotation in daily receiving processes.

Post all Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and ensure timely issuance on a daily basis to maintain accurate records.

Conduct weekly and monthly stock inventory counts, providing detailed reports to the Finance Head for review.

Organize received goods neatly on shelves, ensuring clear labeling for easy identification and efficient retrieval.
