  • Out-Patient Pharmacy Services: Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to out-patients, including dispensing medications, conducting medication reviews, and offering counseling on medication use, potential side effects, and drug interactions. Support physicians and other healthcare professionals in developing treatment plans and monitoring patient progress. Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels of medications, including specialized chemotherapy drugs.
  • Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Management: Develop and implement pharmacy related KPIs to monitor and improve the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of pharmacy services. Regularly assess and analyze KPI data to identify areas for improvement, develop action plans, and drive performance enhancement. Collaborate with the pharmacy team to meet or exceed established KPI targets, ensuring high-quality pharmaceutical care delivery. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with KPIs and implement corrective actions as necessary.
