• Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
• Working on after-sales support services and providing technical back up as required.

• Helping in the design of custom-made Solutions that meet customer's needs
• Provide On-site installation, repairing, preventive maintenance, modifications and updates of instruments.
• Diagnose and correct system and equipment malfunctions.
• Provide on-site training to the customers.
• Maintain documentation on new equipment, inspections, and equipment repairs and failures.
• Interface with cross functional work teams such as field applications, customer sup- port/services, Product management, manufacturing and marketing/sales.
• Timely and professionally handle field service and Application calls.
• Create the service contract sales opportunities and convince the customer for buying the service contract.
• Communication with the customers to ensure the satisfaction and implement necessary corrective action.
• Write and edit service documentation for alignment, replacement and upgrade procedures.
• Maintain accurate and reliable service spare parts inventory to maximize efficient stock with minimal cost.
• Supervises and coordinates the new instruments ordering systems as per required specifications.
• Maintains and develops contacts and relationships with key/strategic customers on appropriate management levels.
• Provide On-site installation, repairing, preventive maintenance, modifications and updates of instruments.

1.Single Valve Steam Turbines.
2.Two Valves Steam Turbines.
3.Anti-Surge Controls of axial and centrifugal compressors.
4.Gas Turbines.
• Installing and operating Windows desktop and server operating systems.
• TCP/IP networking and hardware maintenance and repair.
• Configuration and testing of any new hardware and software.
