USER PC and Laptop Management

  • Knowledge to build a new PC for the users as per the requirement.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot the PC components performance such as CPU, GPU, RAM, SSD, and ETC.
  • Upgrade the driver and firmware whenever required.

Server & NAS Management

  • Create the network share folder and give access to the employee as per the department.
  • Regularly checking server performance, applying updates and patches, and ensuring the server is running optimally.
  • Creating and managing backup to ensure data can be restored in case of failure or data loss.
  • Making sure that server environment is cool and keep the monitor the UPS thorough network, to avoid power loss.
  • Access the Azure cloud server using RDP and take the data website database backup.
  • Basic knowledge in virtual server VMware and hyper-V.
  • Configure and backup all user data and upload to the NAS.
  • Make sure NAS configured raid 1 for incase of any HDD failure we can restore the data using other driver.

ERP management

  • Knowledge to create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions to ensure proper access to system functionalities.
  • Train the Employees to use the ERP modules, such as Procurement, inventory, CRM, assets, HRMS and ETC.
  • Monitor & backup the production server and make sure its working fine.

POS Management

  • Knowledge as POS admin for Oracle Micros, Foodics, Beeka & ETC.
  • Create accounts for new users, including sales staff, managers, and administrators, with the necessary credentials.
  • Create a access card to access the POS system to track the activity.
  • Provide the permission based on the role to the staff.
  • Provide the training to the staff to use the POS such as add, edit and deactivate the menu and create a PO and management the inventory.
  • Create a offer, discount, combo meals for Operations purposes.
  • Assist staff to update the receipies in the POS.

  • Manage and monitor the payment terminal machines and make sure payment received on account.


Cashless Canteen Management

  • Implemented the cashless canteen management for the schools.
  • Support parent to register and TOP-UP the canteen card.
  • Update the sales reports to the accounts department.
  • Trouble shoot the recharge issue and update the balance on the parent account.
  • Coordinate with accounts department and make sure that amount received through payment gateway is matching with the system.
  • Prepare and activate the canteen cards for the students.
  • Update the menu in the portal for pre-order meal purposes.
  • Connect Azure server using RDP and take the database backup locally.

Network Management

  • Assist to design and plan the network infrastructure, including topology, hardware, and protocols, to meet organizational needs.
  • Configure the IP address in the user PC and servers.
  • Knowledge in Switches, Router, Modem, TCP, DHCP, Static IP, DNS, VLAN, Routing, Firewall, Topology, VPN and etc.
  • Monitor the company incoming and outgoing connection using firewall.
  • Create and Provide WIFI access and create a user account to avoid unauthorized access to the network.
  • Monitor the network topology through firewall or router and make sure all the device connectivity is excellent.

Firewall Management

  • Knowledge to Configure the fortigate firewall and monitor the incoming and outgoing packets through its portal.

  • Monitor all incoming outgoing packets through fortiview & Forticloud and block the threat's whenever required.

  • Create and monitor web application firewall to prevent from SQL injection, Cross Site Scripting, Generic Attacks, Trojans, Bad Robot, Credit Card Detection.
  • Update the IPS/IDS signatures to prevent from the unauthorized access.
  • Enable and monitor the device detection and control devices to access the internet.
  • Follow up and renew the license on time.


ELV Management

  • Knowledge to manage ELV system for CCTV, WIFI, PA & Sound system, data point and indoor & outdoor LED.
  • Coordinate with vendor and assist them to design the drawing for ELV system as per the company requirement.
  • Coordinate with vendor and get required approval such MCC and building management before start the project.
  • Configure the CCTV and provide the access to the manager as per the instruction from the management.
  • Monitor the CCTV remotely using application and make sure its online.
  • Make a privacy mask in CCTV t o cover the restricted area.
