Role and Responsibility

• Liaising with client representatives, authorities for material submittal & Shop Drawing submittals and obtain approvals.
• Planning, organizing, controlling and recording all the site activities. Preparation of daily manpower and site progress reports as required for planning and submitting to project manager.
• Preparation of Inspection Request (IR) and facilitate site inspections.
• Participating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress and Co- ordination with all the departments Client, Consultant etc.
• As a Main contractor Project Engineer, handles all the subcontractors to coordinated with civil and MEP works.
• Assist the Construction Manager to meet the scheduled physical progress of project and anticipate potential pitfalls.
• Work closely with Consultant/Clients to understand their exact requirement and to provide solutions.
• Giving Guidelines to procurement process of various materials. Making follow up for materials, machinery and resources.
• Coordinate with subcontractors in the Architectural and Finishing stage in order to keep project on track and ensure all works are in accordance with project specifications, as per contract requirements.
• Ensuring safe working procedures followed in accordance with the site safety plan. And promoting the highest HSE standards onsite at all times.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage, design, develop, creating and maintained small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely, and sustainable manner
• Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, and others)
• Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
• Assess potential risks, materials, and costs
• Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
• Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders
• Handle over the resulting structures and services for use
• Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
• Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety, etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required

Project Description:

• 42 Numbers of G+5 Apartment buildings in Ruwaise / ADNOC Project

Role and Responsibility;

• Work closely with clients to understand their exact requirement and to provide solutions.
• Preparing shop drawing related to all structural works.
• Responsible for executing the work in accordance with shop drawings and specifications, managing manpower and equipment at site, to cope up with the target and construction program.
• Supervision of structural works, ordering of concrete, coordination with suppliers for timings of trucks.
• Inspection of all Construction works to make sure it is in accordance with shop drawings and specifications.
• Overall Site production reporting to the Senior Engineer in weekly basis and Monthly basis.
• Coordinate with Contractors and Sub Contractors in order to keep project on track and ensure all works are in accordance with project specifications, as per contract requirements.
• Coordination of M.E.P departments, subcontractors And Inspect the respective property for civil, joinery and MEP snags.
• Ensure timely completion of the projects for handover.
• To manage Client/Customer queries and Maintenance issues during Defect Liability period. (DLP)
• Ensuring adherence to all applicable workplace safety standards
• Inspection & enquiries of the property(Vacant Land / Buildings) for Private Bank Valuations
• Preparation of Project Valuation reports and Estimates for several Banks as Bank Panel Valuation

Project Description:

Role and Responsibility:

• Site supervision and inspection for structural(slab decking, formwork, reinforcement and concreting Works) and civil (block work, plastering, painting, tiling works) of various projects and ensuring the work is executed as per the project specifications and construction drawing/ final approved drawings from authorities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors in the Architectural and Finishing stage in order to keep project on track and ensure all works are in accordance with project specifications, as per contract requirements.
• Coordination of M.E.P departments, subcontractors And Inspect the respective property for civil, joinery and MEP snags.
• Ensure timely completion of the projects for handover.
