• Supervised team of mechanical draftsmen for mechanical drawings and P&IDs.
• Conducted root cause analysis and change management steps for existing field equipment issues.

• Conducted prototype turbo validation and verification testing for 11L & 15L truck engines.
• Supervised team of technicians conducting tear downs and repairs of turbochargers at factory.
• Represented at weekly worldwide reliability meetings to lend progress updates on failures and repairs.
• Successfully completed Six Sigma Project for improving turbine housing installation in the factory.

• Developed packaging proposals for gas seal and lubrication DATUM centrifugal compressors.
• Published an internal standard “Design Certification Guide” for the engineering department.
• Tore down and replaced parts on a VECTRA gas turbine as part of training.
