• Lead and manage the procurement team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure efficient operations and a high level of performance.
• Oversee the entire procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and supplier management.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, such as finance, operations, and legal, to understand business requirements and align procurement activities with organizational goals.
• Continuously monitor market trends, industry developments, and supplier performance to identify potential risks, opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain high standards of quality, delivery, and service.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, ethical standards, and company policies throughout the procurement process.

• Review the formal invitations for bids and requests for quotations, including required special terms and conditions, performance, and technical criteria
• Serve as advisor to subordinate buyers on unusual or difficult policy problems
• Review requisitions and specifications
• Advise BU representatives on purchase methods and alternate products and recommend substitutes
• Working closely with the BU’s in preparing the budget
• Negotiate contracts

• Prepare monthly report to the client about the Manpower and the accommodation audit
• Handling the preparation of all kinds of contract agreements (Including Subcontractors and other Official agreements).
