Process overseas business trips visa for senior managers and stakeholders.
Process medical from DHA portal and coordinate with staff for the blood test accordingly.
Arrange weekly DHA Tawajood medical service at HR Premise for staff.

Update Oracle Empower (SHRM) and HCM visa details once the visa stamping process is completed.

Ensure Oracle Empower (HRMS) and HCM is timely updated once the task is completed.

Participate in HR projects and events.
Quarterly check offender list from Dubai immigration.
Prepare and submit performance reports to the line manager.
Provide weekly reports to the management.
Ensure Account reconciliation is completed daily basis.
Downloading daily finance reports from Oracle Empower (SHRM).
Tally daily receipts with bank accounts statements and ensure all are accurate.
Handling Petty cash account.
Download daily Paid invoices reports and ensure transactions are paid by the finance department after approved by respective departments.
Follow Up with approvers for pending bills approval daily basis.
Update daily finance records and report to the line manager accordingly.
