I. DIB :

  • I created several frameworks that were used in different projects. These frameworks included tools for uploading documents, managing DIB Error Codes, tracking service calls, and handling notifications. Additionally, I led the Retail CASA project from the beginning. In this role, I guided the onboarding process for individual users and ensured that they successfully completed their journey.
  • I utilized various components such as plugins, APIs, workflows, actions, web resources, business rules, and security features in my projects. Additionally, I managed deployments to ensure smooth implementation and operation of these components.

II. Roads and Transport Authority (1 year):

  • Worked on Idea Management system focused on facilitating idea generation through campaign postings. The system promoted collaboration for idea enhancement, incorporating features such as voting and awards.
  • Implemented independently new enhancement for SABER which was based on 4 Releases.
  • Developed a new process for Idea committee Approval.
  • Developed Different types of Plugins, Web services, Client-side scripting, SSRS reports, Code Activities, Utility, Custom Actions and Workflows.

III. Etisalat (L2 operations) (1 year):

  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales.
  • Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.
  • Managing communicating and coordinating with internal departments.
  • Deployments were done on a weekly basis (Pre prod to Prod).
  • Worked with Multiple teams for Resolving User issues of CPP, CRM, RTF, COMS.
  • Created a Console Application for resolving the static issues which were occurring on a daily basis and integrated it with multiple databases.

  • Implemented Taxation with product and region wise and implemented Discount and header level discount functionality on order (Microsoft FinOps Module).
  • Provided support for integration of KIOSK Application with CE, provided all the Information as needed from CE and performed many tasks from MS Flows with CE Custom Actions.

  • A project is based on many different business modules. But mostly worked on the Sales Module.
