Key Responsibilities
1. Utilities & Infrastructure Coordination
Supervise the installation of both wet and dry utility networks, including stormwater drainage, telecom, irrigation, potable water, LV (Low Voltage), and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) lines.
Proactively identify and manage potential clashes in narrow utility corridors using detailed coordination and overlay drawings.
Verify line, level, pipe bedding, backfilling, compaction, and trench works prior to subsequent construction stages.
Ensure all utility installations are accurately aligned and meet design elevations.
2. Road Works Execution
Supervise road construction activities including subgrade, sub-base, road base, prime coat, and asphalt laying.
Coordinate with surveyors to ensure strict adherence to road profiles, gradients, and alignments.
3. Quality Assurance & Control (QA/QC)
Conduct daily inspections to ensure all civil and utility works comply with approved shop drawings, project specifications, and local authority standards.

Ensured compliance with NEOM's safety protocols, industry standards, and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe working environment.
Oversaw preparation of subgrade, and the sequential laying of sub-base, base, and wearing courses across multiple locations.
Tackled rutting in wearing courses on several roads—most notably on Spine Construction Road, H55, and H8784—by milling up to 150 mm over approximately 50 km using Wirtgen milling machinery up to width of 7 m, followed by reapplication of multi-layer wearing courses.
Maintained cleanliness of the entire road surface, carriageways, and 100 m from the centerline in both directions, along with ensuring upkeep of signage (small and large).

We are constructing the India's 1st 8-lane and Asia's longest (1350 Km) Expressway in terms of width 100 m (ROW)and Asia’s Longest Expressway
Doing the entire process from starting period of projects such as C&G,OGL Recording, Soil Dumping, Embankment and Subgrade preparation with proper compaction, laying of crust layer such as GSB/CTSB,WMM,DBM,SMA with proper compaction and other miscellaneous works.
To enhance the strength of soil of Subgrade Top Layer, we used Lime-Soil stabilization technique so that it can improve its properties like maximum dry density, bearing capacity etc.
Engaged in Lime-Soil Stabilization works done by the WIRTGEN WR 240 (Soil stabilizer and Cold Recycler) machine followed by Lime Spreader Truck, Water tanker attached to Soil stabilizer (WR 240), Sheep footed roller for compaction and grader for finishing blade and at last Rolling by Single Drum Vibratory Roller.
The width of Main Carriageway for Lime-Soil Stabilization works is 20 m upto 250 mm thickness and completed about 20 km in length
