· Study the scope of work and tender document, prepare or review the basic design, and create the estimated BOQ
· Arranging for and attending site visits. prepare a detailed visit report and attend clarification meetings with the client.
· Prepare and send out an RFQ for materials, vendors, and subcontractors; follow-up; prepare a technical evaluation sheet; send and acquire responses and compliance sheets; and prepare a quotation comparison sheet. Advise the best quotation on the basis of the technical proposals submitted, compliance with the scope of work, and delivery period of long-lead items.
· Study the tender drawings, bulletins, and clarification responses from the client and relay the same to suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to get the offers as per the final and revised information from the client.
· Review the client's responses, terms and conditions, and supplier or subcontractor offers, then prepare the qualifications, exceptions, deviations, and other issues that could affect the prices or project duration.
· Prepare a project execution plan or method statement by providing draft proposal data to milestones and participating in milestone schedule preparation.

Since November 2014, I have worked at INDIAN OIL CORPORATION LTD.'s Gujarat Refinery.
· To carry out electrical testing of systems in process units and utilities, day-to-day routine testing, attending breakdowns, and troubleshooting. Scheme modifications and testing.
· Co-ordination regarding Testing and Commissioning Activities by day to day between BHEL and IOCL FOR the new PLANT (Commissioning Stage)
· Replacing electro-magnetic relays with numerical relays and modifying the built-in drawing as per the scheme.
