• Managing efficiently Park Place Tower security team which is having multiple facilities, which includes, Commercial floors, unfurnished apartment floor and Ascott park place hotel apartment floors.
• Assisting Facility Manager in planning and execution of fire drills in hotel and assisting in preparing budgets of security dept.
• Reviewing incident reports made by Security supervisors/CCTV Operators and make necessary corrections and submit to management for their use or in case reports are required by local authorities.

• Answer calls of residential, commercial tenants and provide assistance in maintenance, car park issues etc

• Coordinate with leasing department for issuance, activation/deactivation of access cards and report this to head of facility department on daily basis
• Preparation of duty rosters, overtime sheets for day & night shift.

• Protected facility and property guests by regularly circulating premises and monitoring surveillance feeds.
• Authorized entrance papers, granting building access and recording arrival times to maintain security.
• Patrolled facilities to prevent crime and unruly behaviour.
• Updated team and coordinated responsibilities using two-way radio system.
• Observed central alarm systems for fire, intrusion and safety alarm activation, promptly responding to emergencies.
• Inspected fire escapes, extinguishers and emergency lighting systems.
