Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
1. Process Improvement: Identify, plan, and implement key processes to improve quality, reduce costs, increase productivity, and improve cycle time, resulting in significant sales improvement and customer satisfaction.
2. Taskforce Leadership: Act as a taskforce leader in direct partnership with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)/Process Owners, bringing together experts to collaborate on process development. Establish clear goals and expectations for the group to deliver a 'ready for development' package to the technology team and a 'go to sales manual' to the operations team.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Connect relevant stakeholders across the organization to provide the right elements to sell to the frontend sales organization. Involve salespeople from day one in the taskforce to calibrate requirements and ensure alignment with sales needs.
4. Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and staff the Sales Process Development (SPD) team according to Exinity's guidelines. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to direct reports.
5. Standardized Processes: Identify, design, roll out, and monitor standardized and optimized processes to build an end-to-end effective selling approach across business lines and channels.
6. Collaborate with Division B Leadership, Regions, Finance, Operations, Business Lines, Customers, and Strategy teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales processes with overall business objectives.
