RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customers' returned product repairs, including OEM
• The RMA service canter's day-to-day operations, station KPIs, and customer after-sales and service satisfaction are all covered.
• Forecasting spare parts order
• Provide onsite support to the project customers
• Troubleshoot new products and provide R&D with test results
• Provide training to customers (Distributors, Channels and system integrators)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• CCTV, Access Control Systems, and ICT design, troubleshooting, estimation, installation, testing, and commissioning
• Calculating the quantities of CCTV and access control systems based on the drawings received and the consultants' inquiries
• Selection of required system and software configuration as per the specification
• Preparation of the company's Pre-Qualification Document and technical submittals related to ELV Systems in accordance with the specifications provided by the consultants, and obtaining consultant approval for the same.
• Communicating regularly with managers and others to ensure effective integration and prioritization of technical issue to resolve them effectively
• Assisting sales team for conducting demo
• Maintained relationships with all other departments and levels of staff.
• Managed deliverables, calendars, and expense reports for the project.
• Daily operations include creating purchase orders, maintaining an inventory database, and overseeing accounts payable.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build a productive pipeline and manage each phase of sales process
• Develop strategies, tactics and account plans to identify and secure new clients
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
• A source new client through referrals, networking and other means (trade shows, regional vendors, etc)
• Formulate sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Assisting the company in innovative ideas to improve marketing
• Assist in surveying in each location by holding project and vendor meetings to collect metrics and data analysis, insight, and recommendations.

• Installing and programming CCTV systems, access control systems, public address systems, and structure cabling
• Working closely with the supervisor and updating the daily base project status
• As part of the AMC, resolve day-to-day maintenance and technical issues specific to the client/user.
