Rainwater in the UAE, Zayed University 2025

• Researched the evolution of rainwater use and cultural perceptions in the UAE through interviews, surveys, and literature analysis.

• Analyzed the relationship between traditional water practices, desalination, and modern sustainability strategies.

• Developed evidence-based recommendations supporting UAE water security, climate adaptation, and rainwater reuse initiatives.

Policy paper, Zayed University 2024

In this research, I explored how the UAE can benefit from engaging with the Three Seas Initiative, a

regional infrastructure platform in Eastern Europe. I analyzed its relevance to the UAE’s investment

goals—especially under Vision 2030—and proposed policy options for involvement. My main

recommendation was for the UAE to pursue observer or partner status in the initiative to strengthen its

presence in Europe, support clean energy and digital projects, and expand its global influence.

Conducted extensive research on women’s rights in the GCC and the UAE, while including female and

male perspectives on the subject matter.

Delivered an engaging presentation on women’s rights within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region,
