- Building depending upon the character of occupancy or the type of use, building can be classified into different categories as follows: (Residential Buildings, Educational Buildings, Institutional Buildings, Assembly Buildings, Business Buildings, Industrial Buildings, Storage Buildings and Hazardous Buildings) which has certain type of requirements and approval process.
- Define and implement continuous improvements to the support policies, process and systems to reflect business learning, maturity and adjustments to strategy.
- Overseeing strategic and vital projects and infrastructure for Abu Dhabi and working closely with the government entities on weekly basis for alignment and pending approvals.
- Manage the weekly/monthly staff and operations planning for the department to insure meeting the SLA on daily basis.
