Job Summary

• Establish integrated subsurface and surface development frame, with planning and design guidelines for future activities across various Onshore fields.
• Develop and specify clustering strategy options that are consistent with the overall development plan.
• Analyze clustering strategy options particularly in relation to associated costs, drilling complexity, rig specifications, logistics and safety constraints.
• Conceptualized plans to drive Business Development and Synergies based on the Development teams Long-term profiles from Surface and Subsurface point of view.

Job Responsibilities

• Submit the Wells/Clustering allocation following all concerned parties requirements
• Focuses on ongoing developments incompatibilities to propose specific temporary solutions, in coordination with projects team, reservoir and drilling engineers
• Identify optimization and synergy opportunities (re-using wells, sidetracks, new technologies, etc)
• Define Master Plan scope of work for wells clustering and collects, compiles and validates all necessary data pertaining wells and clustering and in particular reservoir and project data needed to build Master Plan reference case
• Defines the objectives and the scope of wells/clustering studies to be implemented and in particular the level of these studies (pre-conceptual, conceptual, etc.)
• Participates when necessary, within the limits of wells and clustering scope, to overall coordination with all involved parties in Oil and Gas production and impacting (or potentially impacted by) Onshore Field Developments.
• Identifies issues at interfaces between field networks and treatment facilities , and participates to alignment and optimization between all subjects (for instance, clustering concept impact on pipelines networks, profiles and treatment facilities).
• Implements the necessary safety studies to design clusters layout and identify possible location of future cluster.
• Determine the timeline based on asset requirements, for clustering upgrades and identifies desktop survey early works requirements to allow construction of the clustering entity.
• Use Geographical Information System Software (GIS) to display data provided by Subsurface Development teams and integrate it with the currently available data from Surface and Subsurface to ensure developed Field Architectures are realistic and achievable.

• Helped to solve geology-related issues in Abu Dhabi onshore fields using mapping and assessment techniques.
• Compiled data, prepared reports, updated geological models and data created with Petrel Software.
• Maintained optimal safety practices on job sites by implementing ADNOC Companies Pillars.
• Develop and implement real-time data interpretation and communication strategies with all Stakeholders/Shareholders.
• Monitor and supervise coring and Mudlogging services.

• Preparation of Well Prognosis for effective drilling operations
• Monitor 24/7 Well drilling and Geosteering operations.
• Identify Landing points and and Target depths ensuring drilling within target reservoirs.
• Provide well data to update geological database with basic well attributes. formation tops etc.
• Perform QA/QC on geological data stored in corporate database.
• Preparing professional End of Well presentations and reports upon well completion.
• Engage in Rig visits when necessary.
