Audit coverage:

• Active participation in the development of the operational assignment audit plan and identify activities for audit coverage, evaluate their significance and asses the degree of risk and plan audit coverage to mitigate risk.

Audit program:

• Visiting and executing operations audit programs and visit to different business area of the bank as well as the branches.
• Participates in Audit in the line with audit steps laid down by assignment manager, Checking policies, Systems and procedure and documenting word.

Audit reports:

• Prepare timely and complete audit observation to assignment in charge assignment manager, Highlight areas of concerns and proposing remedial steps where appropriate, and proposing urgent action needed.
• Prepare audit files as per audit manual using all formats.
• Ensure that working papers contains relevant and sufficient evidence to support all audit observation in report.
• Participate in audit observation and recommendations with assignment in charge/assigned manager.
• Participate in exit meetings with audit clients.

Fraud investigation:

• Assists in investigating fraudulent activities where required.

Updates and Research:

• Undertakes regular research, updates on new audit techniques, and ensure that finding are Assessed and presented to round table meeting for awareness and potential implementation.
• Review of new professional standards within the accounting and audit field.

Quality assurance & Improvement program:

• Participate in the quality file review for the audits conducted by other department within internal audit. And Peer review of final draft audit reports.
