Duties and Responsibilities: -

• Prepare and submit interim payment application on time.
• Verify Payment Certificate within stipulated time as per contract.
• Submit notifications of Claims to PM within the allowed time bar as per the contract.
• Carry out the measurement and pricing of variations promptly including taking off quantities and carrying out costing for variations within the time bar as per the contract.
• Prepare and submit additional supporting documents and detailed particulars for variations whenever requested by the engineer or the main contractor.
• Prepare and submit material budget uplift with proper justification in coordination with Project Manager.
• Evaluate and submit committed cost and cost to complete of the project on a monthly basis to the project manager.
