- Reviewed and coordinated AV shop drawings, layouts, and technical submissions in line with project specifications and client requirements.
- Worked closely with AV vendors, electrical engineers, IT teams, and consultants to resolve coordination issues.
- Arranging weekly site walks with MEP contractors for the follow up on site activities to complete the project as per completion program.
- Attending weekly meetings with consultant/client to update the MEP status and completion plan as per program.
- Coordination with other sub-contractors (Vertical Transports, Kitchen, Automated doors, Signages and other specialized systems) for their MEP requirements.
- Coordination with Consultant/Authorities to arrange DEWA/ADDC inspections, Civil defense inspections, Municipality inspections etc.
- Managing the MEP T&C works to get the approvals on all MEP systems from the consultant.
- Managing and Coordinating of all MEP activities to get all authorities approval (Civil defense/DEWA/ADDC etc.) and to obtain Building completion certification (BCC).
- Arranging all MEP systems training, maintenance manuals submissions, warranties to client for successful handing over of project.
