Responsibilities:

Coordinate operations and dispatch of goods, inspect goods and materials, track shipments, manage inventory, communicate with DA’s, customers and third-party services, make low performance and all DSP reports, debrief DA’s and assist in operations.

• Received and check goods for operations.
• Reported any irregularity or service shortfall to the senior management on duty to enable service recovery and appropriate corrective action to be taken.
• Packaged and inductor products before they are dispatched.
• Ensured excellent discipline and grooming standards are displayed at all times while on duty.
• Selected space for storage and arrange for goods to be placed in there designated areas.
• Took records of every goods that arrived at the warehouse.
• Welcomed and explain the process of operations to clients who visit the branch.
• Ensured that all the requests and completion remarks are updated accurately
