• Dieting. Continuous reminder is made to workers on diet protocol.
• Health education on Heat stress, its effects & remedies, and need for hydration.

• Maintained accurate, up-to-date patient records, maximising data accuracy.
• All clinic and first aid materials are recorded and check-listed.
• Educate workers on good health, providing signage and verbal guidance on improved wellbeing measures.
• Deliver life support with updated first aid expertise.
• Use outstanding planning and prioritisation abilities to safely care for injured workers.
• Advised on dietary, nutrition and illness prevention to promote good health.

Health Promotion:

• Provided health surveillance to all staff, and new workers coming into site.
• Did routine Blood pressure check for all staff on site (weekly, or on demand).
• Delivered health education programmes to promote health awareness and adherence.
• Carried out infection control measures (masking, handwashing, gloving) resulting in reduced risk of workers getting sick.

Care provision:

• Performed wound dressings to all injured cases on site.
• Able to manage over 650 workers, attending to their all health concerns.
• Collaborated with multidisciplinary team (HSE & Site management team) for improved workers outcomes.
• Report all emergency cases and refer for further treatment.

Recording:

• All first aid treated cases are recorded with all details.
• Health surveillance report is recorded and filed.
• First aid & clinic materials are recorded with dates, check listed, and filed.

Communication:

• Excellent coordination & communication between the site management and the HSE team for better patient care outcome.
