Maison Mer is a high-end South of France restaurant belonging to Nikki Beach, which we opened this year. With its incredible sea view and a design that reflects the spirit of Provence, it has quickly become one of Dubai’s most popular new dining destinations.

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, my responsibilities include:

  • Preparing weekly shift schedules.
  • Monitoring and organizing staff clock-in and clock-out records.
  • Ensuring that daily checklists are completed and properly followed.
  • Managing monthly tip distribution and maintaining payroll records.
  • Tracking inventory and managing supply orders.
  • Organizing the wine cellar and creating the restaurant’s wine menu.
