Seasoned General Manager/ Deputy General Manager for the last 8 years with a solid record of success in managing all areas of hotel operations. · Enhancing the hotel ranking in Trip Advisor from 444 out of 850 to 75 out of 850 hotels in Dubai within 3 years of operation.

· Manage day-to-day operations of the entire hotel including Rooms, F&B, Spa, Sales, etc along with all team members and the cluster department heads.
· Accountable for achieving and exceeding business goals, key performance standards and measures in line with Rotana brand standards.
· Meet the stakeholders monthly to discuss budgets, forecasting, and monthly P&L figures.
· Engage constantly with major accounts of the hotel, in-house guests, and any future potential business.

· Leading the facilities team along with all refurbishment / renovation projects at the hotel.

Responsibilities:
• Lead HOD's during the pre-opening phase from all aspects.
• Work closely with the property contractors to ensure progress as planned until handover.
• Test and commission all MEP services with Engineering team before opening.
• Deal with the contractors after the soft opening for any faults related to the project before the official handover. Follow up with Sales and Marketing teams to have an acceptable occupancy base upon opening.
• Supervise and test all operations before opening the hotel as dry run period.
• Host media visits, familiarization trips and show-rounds to create awareness about the project around the region.
