• As part of the general administration of EUC, and is directly responsible to the Director of Quality Assurance in fulfilling the duties of office and act within the framework of Institute’s policy and is authorized and directed to further the interests of the Institution;
• Adhere to the goals and objectives of the Institution and make recommendations to the Director of QA regarding plans, policies, and procedures in the area of delegated responsibility;
• Prepare special reports that may be requested by the Director of QA and be responsible for the section of annual and other recurring reports in delegated areas of authority;
• Serve as advisor to Director of QA and assist in the formulation of policy recommendations for submission to the Board of Trustees;
• Formulate and coordinate a process for maintenance of EUC's Policies and Procedures Handbook;
• Is responsible for overall supervision of effectiveness assessment and institutional research, including studies of student performance and characteristics; and for their coordination and performance as service to EUC;
• Formulate procedures and direct the implementation of the strategic planning process, including annual unit planning and assessment processes, and development of goals and objectives;
• Coordinate implementation of administrative review of support services; and
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Director of QA or provided for by Institution policy.

• Interprets and implements quality assurance standards in Dr Nicolas & Asp Centre following the DHA clinical standards and the Australian Council for Healthcare Standards (ACHS)
• Conducts regular audits to monitor compliance to DHA and ACHS Standards; Health & Safety Standards and FANR
• Checks cleanliness of clinics
• Monitors incidents, patient complaints and feedback and conduct gap analysis
• Conduct patient satisfaction surveys
• Perform risk assessments
• Formulate quality assurance policies and procedures
• Reviews and evaluates patients' medical records, applying quality assurance criteria for Medical Records Standards
• Compiles statistical data and writes narrative reports summarizing quality assurance findings
• Supplies corrective action to concerned departments with regards to health and safety.
• Actively involved in facility accreditation process.

• Monitored institutional effectiveness and improvement including regional and professional accreditation; program reviews; learning outcomes assessments; and student satisfaction surveys
• Conducted data analysis including systemic analysis of data to support decision-making, preparation of standard reports, as well as the design, development and implementation of data reporting system
• Provided relevant, timely and accurate information to administration and faculty in support of program review, planning, budgeting and decision-making processes.

Essential Functions:

• Assessed and prepared reports for all College assessment systems to improve quality;

• Liaised with College Dean, Dental Auxiliary Supervisors and/or EUC administrators to comply with Dubai Healthcare Authority Regulatory (DHCA) – Dubai Outpatient Clinic Quality Standards issues and/or requirements
• Updated and revised all EUC manuals and procedures as necessary
• Coordinated and closed complaints with client and management
• Managed any incidents and made sure follow-ups and process improvements were done
