Main Duty :- Prepare weekly plan (in EYFS, Montessori)

*Plan and organize a safe environment and supervise children to protect their safety and personal well-being at all times while in care.

*Make sure equipment and physical environment is maintained free of safety or health hazards.

*Plan, execute and evaluate daily programming using the curriculum and approach approved by the agency to promote children’s optimal emotional, cognitive and physical development. Encourage active learning to build self-esteem in an inclusive and respectful environment. *Observe children’s strengths, areas of challenge, emerging skills and interests.

*Plan, implement, evaluate and revise programming to meet individual and group needs.

*Demonstrate positive adult/child interaction, use effective and appropriate communication with children, promote children’s independence and problem-solving skills, build children’s confidence, assist children with understanding and dealing with the consequences of their behavior and model mutual respect and kindness. *Communicate sensitively and appropriately with parents/families. Provide meaningful feedback and information regarding their child’s learning and development, emerging skills and interests and the purpose of activities.

*Liaise with other agencies and individuals to support children’s progress and success (Special Needs Consultants).

Main Duty :- School Supervision and Preparing of Lessons/Time tables

*Prepared school full term lessons and all class activities.

*Helping children to identify their 4 development domain (cognitive, social/emotional, language and physical development).

*Established proper use of gross motor skills, fine motor skills and movement.

*Teaching ages 3-4years basic morals, alphabets and numbers.

*Planned and executed fun times and games for kids.

*Ensured all children starts interacting and relating with their peers.

Main Duty:- 2 - 4 years Teacher

*Preparing school full term activities

*Preformed all class activities, both Math's & English

*Teaching ages 2-4years basic morals, alphabets and numbers

*Increased children interaction and relation with their peer

*Developed programs to work with students and increased interest in higher learning.

*Planned and organized classrooms that consistently facilitated positive learning experience.

*Adapted teaching methods and materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.

*Established strategies to develop responsible, independent learners.

*Teaching ages 2-4 Mathematics and Environments

*Preparing all class activities, both Math's & Environment studies

*Preparing number arts for kids to help them identify properly

*Ensured children starts interacting and relating to their peer
