Updating LPO/FGRA by checking the items based on the order and making sure that the items is not short expiry, packing problem, gram age and matched with the batch on the invoice.
Handling the Supplier Claim and Store claims sort out.
Generate and print picking slips as per schedule and pass them on to concerned Receiver/Dispatcher/Picker.
Accept the deliveries for import/local consignments and ensure such acceptance are in order with the LPO raised and certify for quantity received
Handling our store’s queries regarding with their daily deliveries and transportation.
Preparing various types of GRV’s (Goods Return Voucher) to local suppliers for their damaged/near expiry/expired/promotion stocks based on their contracts to Spinneys’ warehouse and doing follow ups for their GRV collection. Advise our outlets to do the GRV for their damaged/near expiry/expired /promotion products if happens from there and collecting the same to our W/H.
Preparing picking variance report, making cutting lines report/ non-picked, goods in transit report, inbound outbound report, short expiry report, Write off report, PI reports, BTI report, OT report. Wastages report, Supplier claim report, Dispatching report, DM held stock report, Stock ageing report and warehouse utilization report to manager.
Monitoring the Municipality Inspections for Container releasing and holding non-released stocks
Checking the Municipalities destructions and ensuring to destruct the claim stock as per DM/ADFCA rule.
