Plan marketing programs Strong leader and problem-solver dedicated to streamlining operations to decrease costs and promote organizational efficiency. Uses independent decision-making skills and sound judgment to positively impact company success.
1-Plan, direct, lead and monitor all company’s activities in order to ensure achieving company’s objectives in line with the set policies and targets.
2-follow up the specifications for all pipe-work products and visit routinely all major consulting firms in Abu Dhabi, Dubai & Northern Emirates in order to specify company’s products for all their projects.
3-Prepare the annual sales & profit budget, assess periodically the individual actual performance versus targets and take the necessary measures to ensure the budget is being achieved.
4-Lead and monitor the activities of the sales and sales support teams in order to improve their work quality and help them achieve their annual sales budget.
5-Review and up-date periodically products price lists/ Discount structure to ensure competitiveness and that in line with acceptable profit Margins.
6-Direct and supervise the inventory process to ensure viable stocks are being maintained and stock shortages are minimized.
7-Report market conditions and competition prices to GET suppliers and negotiate with them special prices for major projects, to increase company’s chances in securing the business and maximizing the sales & profit margins.
8-Guide and monitor the sales administration daily activities to ensure trouble free logistics and that set delivery priorities are being met.
9-Provide solutions to all technical problems to maintain customers satisfaction, maintain company’s image.
10-Supervise the Credit Control process in order to ensure a healthy cash flow status at all times
Design and organize exhibitions, seminars and technical presentations to achieve publicity.
11-Build up a strategic relation with the suppliers, to insure having best quality products, and a competitive price.
12-Trained and guided team members to maintain high productivity and performance metrics.
• Promoting and selling company’s in Abu Dhabi Market
• Maintaining a professional business relationship with the active consultant firms, to insure specifying company’s product, on the Vendor list
• Collect market information about the competitors as well as new projects.
• Building a relation with the respectable firms in electromechanical segment in Abu Dhabi and following their ongoing projects.
• Preparing all the quotations and sales orders for AUH costumers.
• Coordinating between sites necessity, and car delivery to insure smooth collaboration is there.
• Follow up delayed payments, to enable controlling the costumer's credits
