Onboarding Brokers/Counterparties & Clients
Signing up new clients and Counterparties with our agreement and completing their due diligence.
Consulting with Risk and compliance on any changes the client would suggest on the agreement and reverting with responses.
Collecting KYC documents and ensuring that they are kept in our OMS system for records as per the regulator (DFSA)
Onboarding Introducing Agents/Introducing Brokers and following respective due diligence practice.
Setting up Commission structure in the OMS and ensuring the trade commissions are calculated correctly.

Removing settlement discrepancies
Working closely with traders and supporting in day to day trading activities
Liaise with local executing brokers and reconcile trades for broker payments at the end of the every month.
